This application allows you to view an entire building, tower or view side at a glance. The columns and rows represent floors and stacks in the same order as they are physically are laid out in the building. You can quickly get a sense of what is available and current market value of any given unit. Developers often use a similiar format when selling new condos but theirs is limited to a static printed format that is not dynamically hyperlinked to underlying details and updated automatically daily. And developers reports typically show list prices on a fraction of the total units, leaving not yet offered units blank and units sold as "sold". Our application reports all the information available from MLS and the Public Record, updated daily.
To use this application, choose a condo from the select list. We have 60 of Oahu's largest condos populated in the condo matrix application. We may divide the condo into towers or view sides. Select the tower you wish if it's not the Sole Tower. If a condo is active, continue to show, pending the list price is shown. If you click on the link it takes you to the detailed MLS listing. If a condo was sold in the past 3 months, the selling price is displayed. If you click the link it will take you to the MLS listing. If a condo was last sold over 3 months ago, the last price recorded is shown. If you click the link it takes you to the public record.
